Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Hi everyone. I know I haven't posted in a while. My husband and I have been writing a LOT and I am losing my mind. Seriously, I was thinking to myself, "Oh, I don't have to cook tonight." Except that I do. The raw chicken in the fridge still happens to be there. It did not magically cook itself and shred itself into neat Tupperware containers. I made pork roast yesterday and that was fine, but pork roast is not chicken. So Chicken tonight. It's OK. :).
