Welcome to our world. Tuesday, December 30, 2014. Sometimes I feel like I'm the most awkward person I know. Seriously. I think this contributes to my social anxiety/fear/distrust of people. But I realized something recently when talking to some of my cousins (who also think they are awkward), and if I keep it in mind it might help me (and possibly you) in the future. Welcome to our world. Tuesday, July 2, 2013. What if' usually gets people into trouble. 'What if' can bring up painful memories. But, 'what if' can also remind you where you came from. Being shaped in, what I felt was, a harsh way. I didn't want to be shaped and molded and tried. I didn't think it was fair for me to have to go through it. It was too painful. When are you going to have another one? I have to add here that since we moved 2 years ago, most people don't know everything we went through to get Ella. I didn't get a newborn photo but I am going to take a photo of Paul next to this bear every month until his first birthday. Then I think i will take one every year until he wont let me anymore. Friday, October 16, 2009. So, It's hard to believe that we have been in Spokane for over a month now. It's been good. We have been lucky to already now a few people out here from when Brock served his mission in this area and our ward is so great! They have been so welcoming and helpful! Friday, March 11, 2011. I had a hard time getting him to hold still for these! He kept trying to pull himself up on the arm rest! He is constantly on the move by getting up on his knees and then launching himself forward (he doesn't have the arms down yet) or by rolling. He pulled himself to standing once.
