Tuesday, March 29, 2005. I can't believe I haven't blogged for a fortnight. It's like not eating chocolates for more than two days, you know what I mean? But I'm still alive and kicking (albeit feebly). Been sick since Friday and I haven't gotten any better, and the bloody weather isn't helping. Anyway. Here's two weeks' worth of updates! 1 I gave up cereal for Lent. I'm very proud and pleased to announce that I'm no longer hooked to it. Wahahahahaha. 2 Jing came down on Friday night. Me, Jess, Jing.

Thursday, October 28, 2004. Come, let us find elements of BDSM in Wagner. I've an article given to me by my dodgy lecturer for Analysis class:. Masochism in Schubert's Music". Okay, it's official. Musicologists have either too much time on their hands, or they are just plain off their rocker. She procrastinated @ 12:29. Monday, October 25, 2004. Fingers are not moving, ears are not listening. Why does nothing. nothing. go the way you want it to. Of course nobody just wants a mediocre. I reiterate once ag...

Thursday, December 30, 2004. Once broken and betrayed, is there no turning back? She procrastinated @ 15:18. Wednesday, December 29, 2004. I was going to sleep early but I ate cup noodles at half three in the morning. Can't sleep on a full stomach cuz I'd get even fatter. There goes my early bedtime. Really knackered from shopping and spending money that I don't have. Extra stressful. I'm inclined to blabber on about the fantastic sales at Selfridges. The long queues snakeing outside Gucci. Student card ...

Thursday, October 20, 2011. She speaks, repeating the old litanies, of worn accusations breathed anew, of calamitous windfalls, and I listen, to the raspy phonetics of the finite, the ticker tape is coming to the end of the roll, and I listen, aggrieved, for she knows, her swansong is nigh, the circle of 5ths, no longer more. She procrastinated @ 03:22. I am also a veteran procrastinator. And it all comes together! Beethovens symphony no.7 2nd mvt. In the alley of shadows and death. Hero on the beach.

Wednesday, October 12, 2011. I have some unexpected spare time today. Not at the right time to address the present calls of love and duty, but enough such that I learn past lessons and experience the old as new. I have lived and died with each song and verse, with each crystal of snow, and with each fallen leaf of light. Too much, I have lost, with each unbecoming, but I can no longer stop, and I can no longer close my eyes. She procrastinated @ 02:34. I am also a veteran procrastinator. Hero on the beach.

Thursday, September 30, 2004. It's cold, wet and gray today. And yet, I skip along the slippery cobblestones, and choose to see what I want to see. Amazing architecture. Gorgeous old buildings, brimming with lost secrets accumulated with time. Surrounded by a palette of vibrant colours, individual and unique. Beauty is laid out before me. Whichever it is, we all have a choice to view matters and circumstances in a positive or negative light. Make no mistake: there's no grey area. It either. I've been kic...

Sunday, May 29, 2005. V long post and photo overload! Now that I've finished my degree, it's time to stop hermitizing, and actually get a life. (No more weekend practises in school! The past few days have just been absolutely heavenly: eating, drinking, clubbing, etc etc and what better than to do so in the company of good friends? But he thinks otherwise. So if you guys ask him abt his recital and he tells you it's crap, just nod your head to pacify him, but know that it's not true! Jo and I went shoppi...

Tuesday, November 17, 2009. Another end of the world. Thinking of next year's duties overwhelm, so much so that old habits return marching with a cry that says I told you so. She procrastinated @ 13:50. I will like to spend my days, as though they are my own, which I mostly end up doing in halves, for duty beckons, and I am answering its clarion call. Soon enough! I am also a veteran procrastinator. The beginnings of post-mortem. A dramatic weekend of sorts. For nights such as these. Hero on the beach.

Friday, April 29, 2005. Out came the sun, and dried up all the rain. Just ate dinner, and the bloated feeling you get from your tummy is just so immensely satisfying. That I don't feel like starting work yet: I'd probably shred the next manuscript paper I see to bits anyway. But I'm not going to grouse! I won't be blogging about the post I made earlier, I'd save that for another time. Preferably when I'm all angsty from PMS-ing/lack-of-food. Anyway, here are some photos from last week:. I amused myself b...
