Wednesday, March 17, 2010. That is correct. Simeon John-Calvin Counihan. Survived to his two year birthday. We're ecstatic. Simeon is by far our craziest Counihan. Sometimes our life feels a bit like a running of the bulls in Pamplona. Simeon is eerily similar to a bull in his approach to nearly everything, I believe he has legitimately tackled every member of our family at least once, including Dad. Our Mr. Sims, Simeon the Giant, Hambino. Monkey. He is truly a tugboat, a freight train. A big teddy bear.

Sunday, March 4, 2012. 11 months (a few days late). I didn't mean to have the majority pictures in his pjs but I guess that is his downtime and when my camera is usually out. . The rough part of the month? I still can't get him to eat pancakes or instant oatmeal but the kid downed a ton of salmon the other night and will eat half an avocado. But he is finally eating peanut butter with success. Baby steps. Messy face after eating blackberries. Fell asleep after a long day of playing. Loving life in Denver.

Wednesday, January 9, 2013. That I didn't take many pictures! But we canned peaches! Josh was quite proud of his part in canning. Stirring the sugar and water together. So, he took a picture of his jars. :). Josh was also busy playing soccer! It took him awhile to warm up. But once he did,. He was super excited! Uncle Jeff was his coach. With Dad assisting. :). And Olivia was on his team! And Paige played soccer. She hasn't played since she was 5. Skyler had lots of cross country. Back to School Knight".
