You know you want to! Friday, July 31, 2015. Today my little munchkin turned 1! I'm still in denial I think because every time we talk about what was happening one year ago today I feel like it was just yesterday! We didn't do much to celebrate, because, lets face it. she's one! But we had a nice day as a family! I'm starting at the end though! I decided to do my own cake smash photo shoot to make up for not having a party and for being the 4th child (although I rarely feel that she is slighted for that!

Monday, July 16, 2012. The Spaghetti with Pancetta, Sage, and Mushrooms. This recipe I had saved in my Epicurious recipe box for a while. Since I had fresh sage on hand from my last entry, I figured I could use it in this. As well I have a ton of spaghetti from a big sale the Key Food had a while back, so I'm making a lot of spaghetti. If you don't like spaghetti you can go to hell. This tasted great and I pretty much followed the recipe. Reducing the wine and beef broth actually took the most time.
