Cativado pelo rico espetáculo visual da cidade e admirado por sua escala, ele usou a câmera para gravar tanto o seu fascínio, e senso de alienação, seu novo ambiente. As imagens atestam uma história pessoal complicada suportados pelas convulsões políticas de duas guerras e da vida em três países. Ele morreu com a idade de noventa e um. Links para esta postagem.

Is a massive 100,000 square feet four levels bunker, built to protect the government in the event of a nuclear attack on Ottawa. It was commissioned by Canadian Prime Minister John Diefenbaker in 1959, as part of his government's reaction to escalating tensions in the cold war. The Diefenbunker was designed to hold 535 people for up to 30 days. Rec room and cafeteria.

Thursday, January 12, 2012. I've been thinking lately, however, that I put a lot of effort into wrapping up my art - so why not make the gift wrap itself a little more permanent and special?
