Jeremy Saffer Photo Blog: September 2010
http://jeremysaffer.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Jeremy Saffer Photo Blog. A daily blog of my photo work. Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Todays Shoot - IWRESTLEDABEARONCE (NY, NY). Todays show was at the Santos party house (of Andrew WK fame) - and being that there wasnt much room upstairs to do a meet and greet, we found a spot downstairs with a giant mirror ball. it was aweeessssoommmeee. Most of the shoots I did on this tour, I kept simple, and just used one light for this meet and greet and the shoot afterward. Monday, September 27, 2010. So I set ...

I wanted to wait for the CD to come out before posting this - aaand it came out today - so. here ya go. The shoot was already done but apparently wasn't up to par or did not fit the vision right, something like that. My basement is creeeepy, all concrete, no strong colors, so I figured it would be perfect for this! I shot all of this as FLAT LIT as possible! I knew that 2xJ w...

Jeremy Saffer Photo Blog. A daily blog of my photo work. Wednesday, February 1, 2012. Todays Shoot: A Day To Remember/Rise Against (live). I finally got a chance to play more with the 85mm 1.2 lens in a more active live setting and holy shit it aint easy. My advice. shoot at a VERY high speed 350-500 if you can. The first group is shot with the 16-35. This group of images is the 85mm 1.2 - possibly my new favorite lens ever for natural lighting. Labels: a day to remember. July 18, 2012 at 9:46 PM.

Jeremy Saffer Photo Blog. A daily blog of my photo work. Monday, April 2, 2012. Todays Shoot - Keith Mina Caputo: A very personal shoot. In a cartoon, if youre ugly and look into a mirror, you shatter the mirror. In real life. if you look in the mirror and dont like what you see. the mirror shatters you. This was a very personal and special shoot for both myself and Mina, but before getting into that, I wanted to talk about the journey that got us to that point, and why its so important. Then, after I ha...
