Which focuses its projects in Acornhoek, a rural area in South Africa. Their projects support vulnerable and orphan children and their communities with food security/food distribution, school gardens, permaculture garden training, leadership development, art education, as well as health care. One of the objects that I learned to make was a paper crane. Today, the paper crane is known as a symbol of peace because of Sadako Sashi.
