Monday, April 11, 2011. I really don't have a good excuse to why I've been M.I.A. from my blog. I don't have anything exciting to report.I can't even say that I've been working long hours, because I haven't! But what I do know is that I'm back to blogging! This past weekend the weather was beautiful.So, Denis, my sister, by brother-in-law, Jack, Nacho, and I all took a walk along the boardwalk in the Beaches. Nacho enjoyed running in the water, while Jack had a blast through rocks into the water.

Wednesday, April 20, 2011. Bird's Nest Cookie Cupcakes! I saw this recipe to make Bird's Nest Cookies using butterscotch morsels, chow mein noodles and egg-shaped candies over at Tip Junkie. That I had to try for this Easter weekend. But of course I had to adapt the recipe to my liking. For example: instead of butterscotch I used milk chocolate and instead of leaving them as cookies I used them as toppers for my chocolate cupcakes! Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies. 12 oz package chow mein noodles.

So today i spent aaaages rephotographing my jewellery. i managed to do most of the necklaces, so now if you visit them you will be able to see how the jewellery looks on you! I do already have a nikon d5000 that i got for my birthday last year but i really wanted a proper vintage one so had a look on ebay and managed to win a genuine polaroid 1000 camera for just under£20 which is really cheap!
