This is a very nutritious, high protein, raw meal you can have any time of day. It would make a great breakfast! The chia seeds form into a gelatine-like state, which provides the texture for this "pudding.". 2 tbl spoons Chia Seeds. 1/3 cup raw cashews. Sprinkle of Sea Salt. 1 cup fresh/frozen blueberries. 1 tbl spoon Agave Nectar.
