Thursday, April 29, 2010. Day Fifty - Palatka to St. Augustine. We really did it! Wednesday, April 28, 2010. Day Forty-Nine - High Springs to Palatka. Well, today is our last big day of riding. We have 73 miles to do. We expected it to go pretty smooth. Wrong! I'm praying for good roads. We ride 40 miles into St. Augustine, and then we have a 6 mile police escort to the beach. We dip our tires in the ocean and that's when the party begins. 49 days down and 1 days to go. 47 days down and 3 days to go.

Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Day Twenty-five - Brackettville to Camp Wood. PS We are not expected to have internet service for the next 2 days. I will post when I can. 23 days down and 29 to go. Day Twenty-four - Del Rio to Brackettville. We rode 43 miles with a total elevation gain of just 728 feet. I could use a couple of more days like this. PS Amy is training to ride a bull. She thought she had better start with something a little smaller, so she tried her hand on the Javalina! 22 days down and 30 to go.
