We've even got organizations committed to working to find solutions to our problems. For example, the NAACP. But these organizations can only properly function with noble, trustworthy and humble leadership. I'm surprised that our local chapter doesn't welcome outside media to cover their meetings.

The fact that our current administration cannot effectively manage the safety, well being, best interest and finances. Of our City of a mere forty seven thousand (and dropping) demands a formal investigation into the how's and why's of the current state of affairs. Don't wait for someone else to do it.

Does anyone know when city managers first realized when the incinerator (a) wasn't properly designed to handle ingress and egress and (2) when the revenue predictions for the incinerator clearly weren't going to come true? It seems to me that city managers should have gone to city council much sooner to discuss an amended budget and borrowing power.
