Mid life crisis of an Ohio Queen. Wednesday, May 31, 2006. I swear, this came out of my kids mouth this morning. It was an interesting conversation. Went a little something like this. B - Mommy, Lolo's dog threw up yesterday on the floor. Did she get the dog to leave the room. B - She tried. But we do not throw up on the floor. Me - Where do we throw up at. B - The toilet. At work a gentleman was in BossLady's office preaching something about the Bible. Something clicked with what he said and she let him know that she got it. He came around the corner looking all proud about himself and the fact that she understood. Then he met me. I said "No it was not, the church was built on the ground.". I think I need to go to Confession to confess that sin.

Mid life crisis of an Ohio Queen. Tuesday, January 31, 2006. Scratching My Head On This One. Today I had a very interesting experience. I came into work and about 30 minutes into being here I felt a cold coming on. I do not function well at work if I am sick. I do function, just not well. I would have been upset. The store manager comes over, gets my Drivers License and goes to get the Aleve that is locked up in a glass case! My joke was that now I am an undercover drug user. Just to get rid of a cold.

I was asked if I liked a restaurant called Fish Daddy. I have never been there so they decided that is where I needed to go for my farewell lunch.
