Sunday, December 27, 2009. We are back in America. Ur time in Bulgaria was excellent and we miss all of our friends and colleagues terribly. Then there are some armbars, where you have an overhook on their arm and a hook with your foot/ankle on their neck. First, you can pinch with your knees, and hips up. Keeping up with the Browns. Saturday, July 30, 2011. Life is going well for me! Well today, I was completely thrown for a loop. I couldn't believe what happened today, and I still don't know if I believe that it is for real. OH MY GOSH. I still cannot believe it. I am very greatful to have an awesome boss.
