I recently read this book that basically reiterated what I already know :. 1 Eat natural/organic foods whenever possible. 2 Load up on fruits and veggies. 3 Avoid processed foods at all costs. Except the reality is:. 1 Natural/organic = expensive (which is crazy because things that are natural/organic usually have WAY fewer ingredients than “normal” food). 2 Fruits and veggies?
