Somewhere over the Rainbow. Saturday, October 1, 2011. Well you all would of seen this on FB page.I just had to put it on my blog because Charna(my grand daughter) help me bake this cake. Gosh it was so yummy and I made a really nice chocolate ganashe for the icing.Charna calls this our "Rainbow Cake".she kinda got carried away with the food colour but, it turned out quite pretty ( I must say). I loved it and we had alot of fun making it. I love it when the grand kids come over for cooking and playdates.

On Saturday after our chores Mark and I took Maurice and Corey up to the mountains.it was snowing softly and so we got out of the car and played in the snow for abit.was just so beautiful just watching the snow fall all around us and even though it was cold the sun was out and you could feel abit of the warmth on your body. My snow man was soooo small.Mark told me to make it on the bench.lol.
