Made it into my own. I added 3/4 banana, cup of almond milk, 15 ice cubes, a dash of cinnamon, 1/2 scoop of protein powder and 1 tsp of cocoa butter. Blended and voila! SPICY MARINADE FOR FISH OR CHICKEN (Gluten and Dairy Free). May 29, 2012. 1/2 c Tamari or soy (Gluten Free). 1/4 c Lemon Juice. 1 tbsp. Garlic. 1 tbsp. Fresh Ginger. 3 tbsp. Vegetable Oil. 1 tsp Red pepper flakes (add more if you wish). Marinade Fish in Fridge for 2 hours. Put Fish and Marinade in Oven. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 mins. Gluten Free Soy Sauce.
