Ocean restaurant by Cat Cora. Thanks to the boy’s wonderful suggestion of having just apples for breakfast this morning, I’m suffering from some ADHD from the lack of savoury food rn. All I can think of rn is the lunch we had at ocean restaurant 2 weekends back. Tuna tartare. This was so perfect! I wish I could have it right now. Their signature Sous Vide 48 C King Salmon. But honestly, I think we’re at the age where we should just charge forward and give it all we have. This is the ‘make or break’ period, just slog our guts out for 5 years and who knows what we can possibly achieve!
