August 02, 2015. The Tale of the Parisians. I had never been to Paris. I expected it to be as enchanting and beautiful as London, but it just wasn’t. The downtown area with all the old buildings and Notre Dame was just what I expected, but apart from that, it reminded me a lot of Mexico City or Quito, just with French all over the place. Nothing too unique. The second was the roller blades. Several people skated by us on the way to work or wherever. They looked so cool! Now I want some roller blades.

October 12, 2013. I just read something posted by a friend a few years ago. Actually, it was an ex-boyfriend. Something about how he wanted so badly to be alone, but then realized what that loneliness meant and was saddened by it. I remember reading it after we broke up and wishing that I could go back in time and be us again. Honestly, I could never be the one to point my finger and say whether or not he did or didn't. I generally choose to run one of two places: Oroño Boulevard up to Parque España or en Parque Independencia.
