Well, we made it through the dark days of February and March, into April and fast approaching May. Brian got a nice job offer at Glenville State College. In Glenville, WV. Which brings us to VPI Cave-Club spring picnic. This is really a full weekend camp-out with some really unique and great people. And let's not forget the cow pasture golf.

I had over nine hours of sleep last night! I was in bed by 8pm, though. This is compared to 4-5 hours I was getting most of the week (getting up at 2 or 3am) even when I was taking Ambien. Life stuff and pictures galore. Sunday, July 20, 2008. Thanks for the recipes, Brie! We tried the zucchini basil muffins. Tonight with the curried zucchini soup. The muffins were amazing, they're a keeper. For the soup, I added in a tsp of black pepper, a bunch of garam marsala, and the little bit of curry that I had left. Though it probably wasn't a great idea to make soup on the hottest day of the year. Also made an apple pie tonight (my first! Sunday, July 6, 2008. Cat wins.just about every time.
