Sunday, November 1, 2009. Happy 2nd Birthday Ethan! Today is Ethan's 2nd birthday. I cannot believe he is two! I made a video of his second year. I love doing this each year for Ethan (and i will for Alayna as well). I think it's a fun way to combine all of my favorite memories from the year. It was a long trip, so we broke up the driving because we knew Everett would have a rough time with that portion. We stayed 2 nights in Sedona at a time share on the way, then 5 nights in New Mexico with the Oates, then 2 more nights in Sedona on the way back. Tuesday, July 21, 2015. Krista and I had our 5th Annual Crafternoon last weekend. Krista is such a great partner to do this with. We both planned, shopped and prepped and combined with the yummy treats people brought, it all came together nicely. While it is a lot of work to prep for, we've gotten pretty good at it! Wednesday, May 20, 2015. The one week of warm weather we've had we enjoyed :) Everett got to splash in some water and eat like a big boy at the picnic table. He looks so big here to me! I love this photo of his little feet dangling :). And this is what you call a white trash swimming pool, lol. He happily played in this for 20 minutes, which is an amazing amount of time right now for him to be happy doing something. It started like this. And turned into this :). May 28, 2015 at 7:37 PM.

This past week Stetson has gotten 1 1/2 teeth.haha.he has one totally broken through and another REALLY close. Monday, January 13, 2014. One morning after boot camp, Sportball just happened to be doing a demo right after our class was done so Isaac checked it out. And LOVED it! Isaac talked about 'his sports' for days so we signed him up. He is super excited to start! Monday, January 6, 2014. Jacob is signed up to start soccer this spring and he is SO excited! He likes us to set up soccer drills for him to practice. These were taken Sunday morning before church, around 7:30 am. Yup. He's excited!

Updates from the pelton family. Saturday, October 17, 2009. Pedal cart with Noah- Ryan was dying by the end :). Noah doing his model pose. We spent a great chilly fall day at the apple orchard/pumpkin patch. We picked apples, went on a hayride, picked out our pumpkins, and fed some animals. Noah loved it and we loved watching him get so excited about everything. It was a great day! Sorry for the excessive amount of pics to follow. Feeding the baby goat. He found his apple! Ryan, our apple picking man!

Wednesday, May 22, 2013. A couple weeks ago we finished our letter-o-the week preschool and I am going to miss it! We had so much fun every week and made some great memories! I've probably posted most of these pictures before, but I wanted to do a little recap of our year together. This was the first week - Isaac, Josie and Livi all ready to learn about the letter A. And his first worksheets. He was so proud of himself for writing the letter A! Josie and Isaac hard at work mixing up some cookie dough.

After reading the chapters on conferencing with students it made me want to come up with a plan of attack for next year’s writing block. I take away so many valuable and worthwhile ideas from the weekly readings and the chapters about conferencing reminded me of many things I do incorrectly or not as effectively and more importantly these chapters have given me ways to improve!
