I'll be waiting for every one's recipes and pictures. 2lbs Butternut or acorn squash. 2-3 apples (I like green ones, They stay together best). 1 1/2 cup onion chopped. 2 tsp Curry powder. But I trust the book, so I feel good about it. This recipe says it's for a deep dish pan. I found it filled a regular size pan just fine.
