Saturday, November 14, 2009. Can't believe its already November. I just realized that it has been a while since I have updated everyone.sorry :( Things have been going really well. I have just been really busy with school, project walk and helping my sister plan her wedding! I look back at where I was a year and a half ago and I am amazed at how fast I am improving and it is only made possible because of Him. Thank you all for your continued prayer and support! Saturday, March 21, 2009. Here are some new videos that I have been needing to post. The first one is from about 2 weeks ago and the second is from last friday. Things are going great out here. God is so amazing! He is still the healer! Here I am holding my hips myself and we are working on letting go of the bar so I can stand without holding on! Sunday, November 30, 2008. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! The following are three videos from last weeks ab workout on the total gym and on the table. I really liked the boxing ones ;). The weights on my hands pulled me forward so I had to use my abs and back muscles to stop the motion and keep myself from falling over. It was really difficult because the momentum was hard to stop. Also, standing on the the total gym puts weight through my legs. Monday, November 3, 2008. It was so amazing!

Monday, September 22, 2008. I finally have some video of me on the spin bike from last week! Monday, September 1, 2008. The past couple of weeks have been super busy! I started school this week and I love it. The campus is much smaller than LSU but I like it that way. Tuesday, February 9, 2010. It has been a busy couple of months for me! Jamie got married, I got two new roomates, and I started school for this semester :) Here are a few pictures of when the family came to California for Jamie's wedding. In both of them I am standing with my trainer just putting a little pressure at my knees for a little assistance. I was also clapping. You have to be able to stand and clap, right? I really believe this year is going to be a year of great healing!
