So I was having a chat with my coworker yesterday about food, and she was talking about Ethiopian food, (that i've never tried) she said there's no cutlery and you have this pancake that you eat everything with. Then it got me started on Malaysian food and my love for the roti. I love the Roti Canai from Banana Leaf. And seldom dream of floating away in a parachute of a giant roti. Which got 4 stars out of 2 reviews on Urban Spoon so. that's. promising. It looked kinda trendy...

Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Shepherd's Pie for 1. Here's a shot of my second helping of my delicious homemade shepherd's pie with a glimpse of part of my 5head. so really, its' a shot of a 2head? I know i have totally been MIA. mainly cause i'm super lazy. I mean i made super amazing slow cooked ribs yesterday that turned out amazing and i just ate them. the whole rack. myself. without blogging about it. maybe it's laziness? Or maybe i am ashamed that i ate a whole rack by myself? 5 sauteed peas and layered.

When Sandi and Noel announced the technical challenge to close out this season of The Great British Bake Off, I thought ‘oh, ginger biscuits – that can’t be too bad.’ But then they said the word ‘iced’. And THEN, they showed us what they meant by ‘iced’…. How in the world was I supposed to do this? Just look at that lace pattern. And the one on the right needs to be flooded. I mean, really.
