Breathe / nourish / create. Sunday, July 15, 2012. Simple Homemade Body Scrub. Chili knows body scrub smells delicious! I posted a long time ago. About wanting to make more of my own body care products, but never really evolved past making my own deodorant. Breathe / nourish / create. Saturday, July 30, 2011. Eating on the Road. I was recently asked what I do for food when Im away from home; specifically, if I bring food with me (rather than grab something on the road). The answer is a definite YES. Yes, I do. For several main reasons:. 1 Its not always easy to track down the sort of things I eat- McDonalds has a surprising lack of healthy, unprocessed vegan fare. shocking, right? 2 Bringing food Ive made myself is much cheaper than buying food on the go.

Breathe / nourish / create. Monday, August 8, 2011. Chia seed breakfast pudding. So, to be honest, I eat ice cream for breakfast every morning. Raw banana soft-serve ice cream. This week though I ran out of frozen bananas and was suddenly without my most favourite, nutritious breakfast. Luckily I had a big jar of chia seeds. Click here to continue. Koh Tao, Thailand.
