Baking as a profession, we’re constantly surrounded by butter, sugar and flour, so at home I am trying to stay away as much as possible. This week, our household began our adventure into a no dairy, no sugar, no meat, no wheat zone! Knowing that oats are naturally gluten-free, and doesn’t contain cream or butter (I miss you butter!
