Tuesday, April 13, 2010. My baby girl is six months old. I can't believe it. She is becoming quite the character. Definitely has a mind of her own. Knows what she wants and when she wants it, she wants it NOW! She is cuddly and hugable, it kills me to leave her every day when I go to work. She is also kind of a Mama's girl right now. Tuesday, September 29, 2009. And the waiting begins. That means no more than 12 days from now I will have my baby here. Update on the house. Found out today that the bank wants to close and be funded by Oct. 15. If we don't then we have to pay them a per diem for every day after that. Unbelievable. So we are waiting to find out if this is all going to get done in time or we may have to see if bank will extend dates.Closing on a house doesn't happen in 15 days! Tuesday, September 22, 2009.

Sunday, August 23, 2009. Gracie's Room (and Haley's). We have finally put the crib together, got the mattress and decided to use the dresser for the changing table. It should work perfectly. The other side of the room, which at this point is still kind of a mess, is Haley's bed and nightstand for her to use whenever she is with us. Sunday, October 17, 2010. Where has the year gone? I am in awe at how fast it went. I feel like Grace Marie was just born last week. She has grown into the greatest toddler. She is changing every day and seems to learn something new every day. Stats: She weighs 20 lb. 5 oz and is 30 1/4 inches tall. Her head measured a huge number that I can't remember. Monday, September 13, 2010. I know, I skipped 10 months. Not sure how I managed that. Oh yeah, Grace keeps me busy. Although, since being laid off from work I have been able to spend so much precious time with her. I am really liking it. So much, that I am going to try to do it permanently. Keep your fingers crossed for that to work. She crawls like a crazy woman and can push herself up to stand in the middle of the floor, but still hasn't taken those first steps. I think it will be any day though.
