We had a wild weekend the week before Halloween. Some friends rented a cabin up in Nederland and threw our annual wild Halloween party, then came back on Saturday night for our ward Trunk or Treat. I made our trunk into an Alice in Wonderland Mad Tea Party theme.

Montgomery was a nice town. In the morning, Tim and I went on a run around the town. Tim, Tanaya, Ty, and Lucy. Saturday, July 12, 2014. We went to the open house for our new fire station. They had cake, balloons, and lots of trucks out! It was so great because it wasn't crowded like most of the city events. Ty was in heaven! I love this picture-so happy! Ty is obsessed with "shoot the water." Anything and everything long and skinny becomes a fire hose at our house. Here he is with a real fire hose! Then he actually got to shoot the water! The real reason we go to the zoo.

Tim, Tanaya, Ty, and Lucy. Thursday, July 23, 2015. Last Saturday night, I threw my friend Breanne a Mocktail Party Baby Shower. We had it at our friends the Vincent's beautiful new home. Besides mixing fun drinks and eating delicious desserts, we played baby-themed charades and had a great time visiting! I bought these great paper lanterns from the dollar store! 2 Tbsp grenadine syrup. Half glass orange juice. Garnish with maraschino cherry or orange wedge. Fill glass with club soda. Add 3 mint leaves.
