Since I am mostly Gluten and Dairy-Free, I figured it wouldn't hurt to learn a bit about raw food options and overall healthy living. We started our day with the Green Smoothie…. 1 leaf of Kale. 1 leaf of any green lettuce. Sprouts of any kind. Sprouted flax seeds (flax seeds in water for 32 hours). Put in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
