I knew I only had a few weeks left to. Pack in the fun before we were back to "real life.". We took so many trips this summer. That I was sort of looking forward to having a schedule again. So we've been taking advantage of the warm weather. And playing outside (as much as the mosquitoes will allow). We celebrated Pop's birthday with sub sandwiches and strawberry cake. Our friend Margaret and her son, Kord joined us at the beach this year! Pop and Nana couldn't stay the whole week,. But they came down for the weekend to celebrate Anna's birthday. On our first trip to the beach it took Ethan a long time. To get used to having sand on his hands. He's not real fond of the sand texture.
