Recipes by Jessica Rossi. Cabbage and sausage stew. April 11th, 2012. 1 box of chicken broth. 1 box beef broth. 1 package hot Italian sausage meat. 3 large russet potatoes cubed. 1/4 head of cabbage. In a large pot pour all stock and water add all veggies except cabbage. Bring to a boil. In a separate skillet cook sausage. When that is cooked through add to pot.
