Recently one of the 8 friends has came to a worst relationship with me. But seems she don't know the reason. The act from me in these days is all because of her. I just do what she wants. Friday, October 10, 2008. I think my body clock is in a mess. The morning air is so refreshing. It has been a long time since i ever breathed in such good air. Alright, i gonna go watch some videos and have my breakfast and try to get myself tired. Till then. :). I heaved a sign of relief yesterday at 11pm. Anyway, yesterday is my LAST DAY AT CLUB CHINOSIS, and i will not have any obligations to go back and work unless i would want to have more allowances while schooling :D. DOB: 3rd Dec 1990.

And now. my weight is 76.5 kg! Total weight lose is 8.5 kg in four month! Believe it or not. No medicine intake, No Slimming Centre needed. BUT why this plan works so effective in order to lose weight? 1) Zero intake of fats and sugar at night, so zero storage of fats everyday at night. 2) Exercise regularly for every week.
