Youth celebrates 40 Years. The Gold Coast Youth Orchestra (GCYO) will celebrate its 40. Anniversary in style on the 12. The organisation was formed in 1969 and will celebrate its 40. Birthday with a Gala to be held at the Gold Coast Arts Centre. Ms Wendy Lyon GCYO co coordinator said the Gala will be special for young and old.
