Me, Him, and Her. February 22, 2012. If you're anything like me, projects NEVER seem to get finished. I have a pile. Seriously. However, I do occasionally get around to finishing some. Typically these are holiday projects that I have a deadline to complete, but I finished one yesterday that had no deadline other than my sanity in seeing it partly completed. Check out my new. MAGNETIC MENU CALENDAR! I wish I could say this was my own idea, but thanks to Pinterest, it belongs to Controlling My Chaos.

Me, Him, and Her. January 24, 2011. Can you believe this? And since you have no idea what I'm talking about. it's Charlotte's 3 month mark! Where in the world did that time go? So much has changed in the past 3 months and yet it's still hard to believe we have a daughter. Someone that depends solely on us taking care of her every whim. It is amazing, exhausting, entertaining all rolled into one. But first things first:. How my life has changed. Slept in till at least 8 or 9. Stayed up till midnight.

Me, Him, and Her. Bacon wrapped chicken with cream cheese stuffing. Salad greens with raspberry basalmic dressing. Seasoned rice with. seasoning? Partially cook bacon in frying pan, still want it flexible. Pound chicken breasts till thin, around 1/4". Mix cream cheese with herbs of choice, I used some garlic/onion powder/chili flakes/and a tich of basil. Cook for about 35-45 minutes at 375 till the chicken is done. I also want to try it with sour cream instead of cream cheese*. And of course, rice. 1/2 c...

Saturday, April 17, 2010. Randy had to work in the day, but when he got home we decided to go to dinner at the ch. Eesecake factory. We actually went there last year as well, so perhaps this will.
