Every great athlete and every great team to ever step onto the field of battle has had a coach behind them: pulling strings, tweaking technique and strategy, holding the athlete or team accountable for greatness. The question is: Are you coachable? Do you apply feedback in the moment? Are you willing to do what is asked of you to reach your goals?

JUST CALL ME COACH. Nutrition can be confusing, but it doesn't have to be! I often speak with people who want to dial in their nutrition and get serious about their health and fitness. The common factor holding these people back from reaching their full potential is: THEMSELVES! How many blocks do I need? How many blocks of protein, carbohydrates, and fat should I eat? Should I up my fats? Should I cut out carbs? Can I eat soy? What about post-workout protein smoothies? How do I shop at the grocery store?
