Monday, March 29, 2010. 喝汽水除了會致肥外，最近有一項以華人做對象的研究發現，每週喝兩杯或更多汽水的人，患上胰臟 癌的風險比沒有這習慣的人高出87%。 報告研究了生活在新加坡的華人經常飲用汽水和果汁與罹患胰臟癌的關係，資料包括他們飲汽水、果 汁以及進食其他食物的習慣。 調查的數據時間長達15年。在研究開始之時，9.7%的人每週最少飲2杯汽水，而10.2%人 每週最少飲2杯果汁。 在14年後，受訪的逾64萬人中有140人患上了胰臟癌，當中以每週飲2杯汽水或以上者患胰臟 癌風險最高。即使將吸煙、卡路里攝取量、第2型糖尿病等因素計算在內，研究仍顯示汽水是導致胰臟癌出現的單一高風險因素。 研究人員解釋，糖份會令胰島素在體內的水平上升，令癌細胞增長的風險增加。 這研究並沒有將飲用果汁和胰臟癌風險增加拉上關係，報告作者指出，其中一個原因是這研究中的受 訪者只有少數飲果汁，難以計算果汁和胰臟癌的關係。 Source : http:/ www.sinchew.com.my/node/154666? My hand are pain! 到了KL Sentral, 他们就去买巴士票上云顶，然后才去吃早餐。 我本来打算认路上云顶的，可是前一天没睡够，所以没到五分钟便在巴士上睡了。 巴士到站后，我们便坐缆车上云顶，在缆车里，我拍了几张照片，但好像不大美。 到了云顶，我们就去check in，可是那时却有很多人，要等两百多个号码。 为了不浪费时间，我们先去吃午餐再回来check in。 不过，他们的鸡饭却很不错，但是服务态度就没那么好了。 吃完后刚刚好到我们check in，进了房间，才知道房间还蛮小的（别怪我，我第一次来first world 而已）。 放好东西后，我们就出去了。本来打算玩outdoor 的，但时间太迟了，所以只是在indoor 随便走走。 过后，我们去了snow world 玩。很可惜，我的相机不能拿进去，要不然我就有很多东西可以拍。 在里面真的很冷，脱了手套后再拿冰丢人真的很好玩，但手很快就麻了。 吃了早餐，我们便去 Theme Park 玩了。 在上周六，我和...
