A bit of shredded spinach for funsies. 1 cup of cooked quinoa. 1 can of black beans (rinsed). Chopped cilantro (as much as you like). Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons of honey. Juice of 2 limes. 1 teaspoon of cumin. 3 cloves of garlic. 1) Cook your quinoa. 2) Chop your veggies. 3) Mix in quinoa and black beans. 5) Mix her all up. Next post →.
