They don't drink more than a couple glasses of water per day. They're still not dead yet. Here is what YOU SHOULD drink daily:. Approximately 2-3 glasses of water. 1 glass of O.J. NOT from concentrate. 1 glass of 2% milk (NOT 1% chocolate milk, sneaky). A 12 oz can of mountain dew or cherry coca-cola. 1 glass of red wine.
