Miss Millicent: September 2012
http://missmillicent.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 19, 2012. This is where I get MY "Good mail". Port Angeles is a nice town to live in, and my neighborhood is great for kids- there's a park up the street. I'm all moved in.finally, and I think that I have my Mail Art situation under control. I'm making my way through the "write back" pile, and I've even found a bit of time for some collaged PCs. Made these on old 90's .20 USPS post cards. Hope all of you have had an amazing Summer. I know that I have. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Miss Millicent: November 2012
http://missmillicent.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 16, 2012. Okso I know that Halloween is over, but I wanted to share with you, my October art project. Lucy and I took over the dinner table and had a super fun collage day, and this is what I ended up making. The skeletons are from some cocktail napkins that I bought at Walmart. I HAD to have them. Anyway, I made the brightly colored collages and then mod-podged the napkins on the top. The texture was genius- I really like how they turned out. I hope you are all finding time to create.

http://missmillicent.blogspot.com/2013/04/thrift-store-treasures.html
Monday, April 15, 2013. The sun is shinning here in Port Angeles, so the kids and I are playing outside. Chalk art is the most fun! But while I have a moment alone, I'm going to show you my latest Thrift Treasures. For $1 I got this packet of USPS Bright Eyes Stamps that included 10 folding note cards. How cool is this? I LOVE finding stamps at Goodwill. Picked up this Laurel Burch stationary for .50 cents (I've always admired her artwork). I'm addicted- what can I say? 20 cent chicken memo pad? Ive come...

Thursday, June 18, 2015. It's been FOREVER since my last post. I really have been thinking about how fun it would be to actually keep up with this little blog. Here are a couple pictures for ya. This bag of stamps is HUGE and I paid $5 for it at a reuse store here in my part of the world. Super cool, huh? This is a pic of a mini zine that a few art pals and I put together. I love collaborating on art projects. I hope this little post finds you happy and knee deep in something creative. Mail me some art.

Miss Millicent: January 2013
http://missmillicent.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 13, 2013. I'm working on my resolutions- are you? I only have a few right now, but I tend to add some through the months. Get my house CLEAN (organized etc.). Use my Atlas office printing outfit. Isn't this the cutest little box of goodies? I got this about two years ago at a thrift store for $2.99. The pieces are super tiny. I need to find a set of tweezers to use with it. The original ones were not in the box when I got it. Anyway, I plan on putting my address on this baby.today.

Seeking the light. And other stuff. But mostly the light. On April 16, 2014. So I went out of town for a few days last week and when I returned I had four new cards waiting for me from Kat Sloma’s postcard swap! That makes the full six for the swap. The first time I did this, only four cards made it to my house. You can read about the cards I sent in to share here. And about the first two cards I received here. Card Three is titled “Ominous” and came from Marcia Hill. Larr; Postcards 1 & 2. Beautiful car...
