Let food be thy medicine.". Homemade Bread That Anyone Can Make! I have been really busy this fall and haven't been spending as much time baking as I'd like to. Yesterday, I went to make lunch for the kids and discovered one crumbly, very sad looking end piece of bread staring at me from the bottom of the sandwich bread bag :-( My next thought was, should I run out to the store as the temperature outside is dropping like a rock? I'll make my go to recipe for no knead bread. No "need" to worry!
