Just another WordPress.com site. July 29, 2010. Down 4.2lbs. Yep. I rock. Oh, and did I mention that is ONLY from nutritional changes, no exercise routine implemented yet. Yep. Sweet progress. Let’s hope I can keep up the good work. This week I still miss the Diet Coke and cookies. I’m not ever hungry, which I thought I would be. That helps. And no, I’m not giving out my starting weight. It went very well and only took about 45 minutes before I was called to sit with him in recovery. He was still reeling from the anesthesia and kept asking me the same questions over and over again. Just another WordPress.com site. Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops. July 29, 2010. We made these tonight, and we both loved them. I had mine as is with a side of strawberries and roast potatoes, peppers and sweet peas. Jon opted to cut his pork up and make a nice big salad with strawberries, veggies and avocado. We were both quite pleased, and will definitely be making this again! The only thing we did differently from the recipe was to use the panko breadcrumbs, instead of traditional. Very yummy! Down 4....
