Παρασκευή, 24 Απριλίου 2015. 6 έως 8 ώριμες ντομάτες. 3-4 κουταλιές της σούπας ξύδι μπαλσάμικο. 2 κουταλιές της σούπας μαύρη ζάχαρη. Μια χούφτα φρέσκα φύλλα μαϊντανό, ψιλοκομμένο. 10 φρέσκα φύλλα βασιλικού. Κόβουμε τις ντομάτες σε 4 φέτες, και μετά τις φέτες στη μέση και τις βάζουμε σε ένα μπολ. Κόβουμε και τα κρεμμύδια και τα προσθέτουμε στις ντομάτες. Σε ένα βαζάκι τοποθετούμε το ελαιόλαδο, το βαλσάμικο ξύδι, τη καφέ ζάχαρη, λίγο αλάτι και το πιπέρι. Ο ρίχνουμε πάνω από τις ντομάτες και ανακατεύουμε.
