This time for OVER 1/4 mi. Woo! Jogging makes my butt sweat. Jogging would make more sense if I were NOT in jeans.

So I need to make some New Year's resolutions. 2 I want to maintain my friendships that I re-kindled or developed this past year. I have a tendency to sort of drift away from people after a while. Now that I am a single mom with no real family, I think I need to be sure I maintain some really good and healthy friendships. Neti newbie - Dont inhale your pot! Mar 5th, 2008 03:09 pm neti newbie. So I am contemplating pouring water in my nose finally after being recommended to do so by my ENT years ago. I was told that I should do the stage 2 and 3 neti, so I am a bit nervous and will probably work up to that slowly. I found this. Link that explains the various stages of neti and I admit I am confident I can do stage 1, but am fearful of stages 2 and 3. Anyone have any experience with those? And I was looking at this pot.
