Frosted Block: October 2010
http://jfrostfamily.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Where icecream and taxes are a daily occurance. Friday, October 29, 2010. And Someone was Really SAD about it. Apparently, hanging out with mom all morning IS that bad.). Someone else probably won't win mother of the year for posting these pictures 10 wks late! Someone also graduated to the toddler bed. Aka started climbing out of his crib). And was doing a GREAT job staying in his room until mom came to get him. Even if he was really sleeping on the floor by the door. That's a 6:56 pace per mile. Someon...
Frosted Block: June 2011
http://jfrostfamily.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Where icecream and taxes are a daily occurance. Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Don't Mess with Mom. It might have been a long day of: errands, cleaning, cooking and laundry. It might have been like 105 so we spent the entire day couped up! It might have been the "witching" hour. Maybe, someone snapped! Due to a day of fighting, hitting, crying and telling on each other. Two boys may have gone to bed early that night.only to find "AFTER" in the morning. They might be in the process of "earning" the toys back.
Frosted Block: April 2010
http://jfrostfamily.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Where icecream and taxes are a daily occurance. Sunday, April 4, 2010. What have we been doing? It's all somewhat of a blur. of single-mom by day, tax pro by night! Mix in a few too many bags (meaning 3) of Cadbury mini eggs and you've got quite a scary month! But despite all the "madness" I couldn't let the month go by without posting a few highlights. 1 This little guy TURNED FIVE! It is crazy, but true! This is our third year going.and the boys still love it! 3 Drew's first soccer class!
Frosted Block: August 2010

Where icecream and taxes are a daily occurance. Sunday, August 15, 2010. WE still look the same. 2) Some gray hair. 4) A few more lbs. We still have the same clothes. Although, only one of us wore them to church today in honor of our 13th! The other one didn't want to look like "the 3rd wife of a polygamist living in Texas".per the one who actually wore the clothing to church! Friday, August 13, 2010. The BEST way to spend 113. A 113 DEGREE Day in Las Vegas! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Norwegian Frost: Some kind of superhero
http://frostfamilyfun.blogspot.com/2015/05/some-kind-of-superhero.html
Friday, May 15, 2015. Some kind of superhero. Kim is an amazing person. For the following five years she worked full time while I finished my undergraduate degree and went to graduate school, and we had Megan. She switched to part time in order to take care of Henry and Megan when I graduated and we moved to Washington DC. She continued working after having Eli, never taking more than a couple months off for the births of any of our three children. Training as a neonatal intensive care nurse? Kim really ...

Norwegian Frost: November 2014
http://frostfamilyfun.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 08, 2014. Megan and Henry had an interesting day. We received a text late Thursday night from a parent in Megan's class, inviting her to join three other girls to go see a taping of Norwegian Idol. Yes, the Norwegian version of America Idol.) The plans involved her heading to one of the girl's homes directly after school, eating dinner, and then going straight to the show. She wouldn't be home until 10:30 or so. She would be going to someone's house we don't know? Was she getting hangry.
Norwegian Frost: September 2012
http://frostfamilyfun.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 19, 2012. Frost Family Fun aka Summer peach picking. When the family hears, "Who's ready for a Frost Family Fun Adventure? It usually means I have been brewing an idea of "fun" in my mind for a while, and we have to do it no matter what. There can be mixed reviews of excitement, and panic, adventure vs torture. You never really know which feeling is going to come out on top at the end of the day. But it is always an Adventure. After 1 hr of driving. 20 min of outdoor picking.

Norwegian Frost: February 2015
http://frostfamilyfun.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 01, 2015. I had a great time with Henrik, Jarle and Christoffer this weekend doing some winter camping in Norefjell. We hiked in on fjellski. Which are similar to traditional skinny cross country skis, but with a metal edge to (mildly) help with turning while descending. We started at night, and hiked for a few hours by headlamp. It was pretty windy, but not too cold - in the upper 20sF. We hung out in the tents for the morning, waiting for the weather to improve. Posted by Mike and Kim.
Norwegian Frost: Enjoying the Snow Around Oslo
http://frostfamilyfun.blogspot.com/2014/12/enjoying-snow-around-oslo.html
Saturday, December 20, 2014. Enjoying the Snow Around Oslo. Each place that we've lived in has handled winter weather differently. Utah has a fleet of snow plows and salters that are deployed at the mere rumor of snow, and rarely is work or school interrupted by weather. Everyone cares for their own driveways and sidewalks, and you will be treated as a pariah if you do not do your share at keeping the neighborhood walkways clean. Posted by Mike and Kim. July 13, 2015. March 10, 2015. It turns out that variable initializations aren’t hoisted–only declarations are. Thus, we get undefined. March 2, 2015. I stumbled across some JS behavior I didn’t expect the other day. I still don’t understand why it’s happening. Observe:. Var foo = "a"; function checkFoo(){ console.log(foo); var foo = "b"; }. Execute the following at the same time…. Console.log(foo); checkFoo(); console.log(foo);. And you get…. Why would checkFoo() return undefined? January 30, 2015.
