Gold, politics, food. Friday, June 4, 2010. Ive been experimenting with some new approaches to eating, more specifically eating only 1-2 times a day and drinking my morning coffee with heavy creme. It seems to fill me up and keep me satisfied until dinner time. I suspect the body prefers to run on fat rather than sugar once it makes the adjustment.
