The sun comes up early here near the top of the world, so even though it was hard to leave the wonderful hospitality near the Sikanni River (I was offered a job for the summer season), it was time to get on the road. Honestly, I think it was bright like mid-day at 4:15 AM. All the bugs were scraped from the windshield and we have a much more unobstructed view. May 20, 2013 at 9:14 am.
