Most of my stuff is usually done as simple line work with pencil and ink. I'm trying to do more coloring and fun character designs. In the mean time, I've been pouring over this interview. Thursday, March 17, 2011. I did this piece for a Miyazaki tribute show. I love Castle In The Sky. And I especially love the design of the Laputa Robot, w/ those long arms and the bullet shaped head, so cool. Thought it would be fun to draw him a la Leonardo DaVinci's Vitruvian Man.
