We Like Sports: The Cinestudio at Trinity University
http://we-like-sports.blogspot.com/2009/08/cinestudio-at-trinity-university.html
From shooting hoops to the superbowl, we like sports and we don't care who knows: football, tennis, hockey, golf. Wednesday, August 12, 2009. The Cinestudio at Trinity University. Trinity University in Hartford, CT features a rare gem for film aficionados, a tastefully restored 1930s-era movie house. Complete with a balcony and velvet curtain, the university saved the venue from assimilation into the science building by allocating funds to the historical preservation of Western culture. Age Sixteen - Ope...

Some Whiny Kid's Random And Irrelevant Complaints. What will I call it when I turn 18? Friday, April 24, 2009. It's Apparent It's All Over. Currently Listening To: Not Fair by Lily Allen. Oh why hello there, blog. It has been quite a while. Got distracted while typing this. Went to change the song on iTunes and lost my train of thought. Seriously? Poor Ralph Alston had to count out more than fifty bucks in coins. But I'll be damned if we didn't look trendy as hell. 9:45 PM, February 13, 2010. Subscribe t...

From shooting hoops to the superbowl, we like sports and we don't care who knows: football, tennis, hockey, golf. Friday, August 14, 2009. Age Sixteen - Open Up Finders, Please. Baltimore's Age Sixteen takes a cue from European contemporaries such as Sweden's Suis La Lune and Italy's La Quiete. The album is beautifally melodic, yet deeply chaotic. All things considered, Age Sixteen's Open Up Finders, Please. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Look At This Fucking Hipster. Texts from Last Night. Serge Ga...

We Like Sports: Last Thoughts on Woody Guthrie
http://we-like-sports.blogspot.com/2009/09/last-thoughts-on-woody-guthrie.html
From shooting hoops to the superbowl, we like sports and we don't care who knows: football, tennis, hockey, golf. Sunday, September 6, 2009. Last Thoughts on Woody Guthrie. This is a poem that Bob Dylan recited at a Town Hall in 1963, a few years before his idol Woody Guthrie's death. This is one of the best poems ever written, in my opinion. I've attached this YouTube video, because you really should hear it from Bob Dylan's mouth. Anyway, either read it. September 16, 2009 at 12:03 AM.
