Every time there is something new, it’s a policy communication services used to from day one,not to make you interesting but to make you buy more and more for example the first mobile SIM card was 3000 LD (Almadar), sure I wasn’t crazy to buy a sim card with that amount of money but I did buy it for 300, now you can find it from 5 to10 LD. I’m going to start with the worst one Obviously Bouslim, it was summer 45 degree and no air conditioner in the whole hospital except the resuscitation they had one but you can’t even feel it, I’m not even going to start talking about hospital standerds! Dirt everywhere lack of gauzes, medications and almost everything, Whenever we sent an investigation: NO REAGENT.

Even in the late afternoon when we had the BBQ and everybody put on some clothes, he stayed with his speedo; my friend Marc-André and I laughed like crazy!
