Because doing something weekly stresses me out, I've decided to take a monthly approach with it. I want to get those photos and moments off my phone and recorded. Gossamer Blue. Has so many gorgeous Life Pages cards and embellishments that I am excited about taking a new approach to memory keeping. For this spread, I used the February kits from Gossamer Blue.

Friday, August 29, 2014. Gossamer Blue: Preschool Field Trip. I have one more layout to share with you using the August kits from Gossamer Blue. This month’s kits included a school themed add-on. That inspired me to create some more pages of my daughters’ preschool year. They visited a local grocery store as part of learning more about their neighborhood and had some “behind-the-scenes” experiences there. It was a fun trip! Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you enjoy your long weekend! Recently I wrot...

Blessed Scrapper: What I'm Reading: February
http://jillcornell.blogspot.com/2015/03/what-im-reading-february.html
Thursday, March 05, 2015. What I'm Reading: February. Welcome to What I'm Reading - the February edition. February was a very cold month so I spent a lot of it curled up with a book. Let's dig in. 1) Attachments by Rainbow Rowell. This was my second book by Rowell. It was a quick, fun read with a cute love story. I enjoyed the email format woven throughout the book. 2) The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh. 3) Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell. Do you sense a theme here? 5) Daring Greatly by Brene Brown.

Blessed Scrapper: July Gossamer Blue Kits

Friday, July 03, 2015. July Gossamer Blue Kits. Today I wanted to share a couple of my projects with the July Gossamer Blue. Kits I had not yet scrapbooked any of the girls' soccer photos from last fall. The bright colors in this kit just screamed 'sports' to me so I chose some of my favorites of them playing. I loved the vellum circles in the main kit. An easy way to attach vellum? Just sew it on! I loved the "July" exclusive wooden veneer embellishment - perfect for my title! FEEDJIT Live Traffic Feed.

Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Gossamer Blue: Time for School. Today I have another layout to share with the October Gossamer Blue. Kits I love the color scheme - of the teal, orange, gold and bright blue. When I saw the alphabet card from Chickaniddy Crafts, I knew I wanted to create a layout to highlight the first day of school. I cut out the title mostly with my Cameo and used the My Mind's Eye square cut-outs as a focal point on the left hand side of the page. Thanks for stopping by today! It's been qu...

Blessed Scrapper: What I'm Reading: January
http://jillcornell.blogspot.com/2015/02/what-im-reading-january.html
Wednesday, February 04, 2015. What I'm Reading: January. 1) Eleanor and Park. By Rainbow Rowell - Here's my first book for the month and I could not put this one down. I read it in about two days. It was such a sweet story and yet heartbreaking at the same time. It dawned on me after reading this one that I used to read Rainbow Rowell's columns in the Omaha World Herald when I was in Chuck Offenburger's writing classes at BVU. 2) Big Little Lies. 5) The Rosie Project. I can't wait to read the sequel!

Sunday, August 02, 2015. August Gossamer Blue Kits! Today, I have a couple of layouts to share that showcase the August Gossamer Blue. I adore any summer themed products so I went a little crazy buying extra add-ons this month. I can't resist brightly colored papers and embellishments! For this layout, I was able to document a fishing adventure with grandpa from last summer. The patterned paper stripes help out some pops of color and I love that little "splish splash" fish flair.
